The Mission of the Professional Association of United Methodist Church Secretaries is to provide a supportive base for the unity and fellowship of its members in order to provide individual growth, professional development, continuing education, and spiritual enrichment.

Mark your calendar for the Fall Retreat and Annual Meeting to be held Sunday, September 27, and Monday, September 28, at the Huron Retreat Center.
Our Sunday evening worship will be lead by Bishop Jonathan D. Keaton. Our Retreat leaders will be the Reverends Joy Barret and Faith Fowler.
Professional Association of United Methodist Church Secretaries dues for 2009 are past due. The year runs from January 1 - December 31.

What is "Certification" and what can it mean for you?
Sponsored by General Council on Finance and Administration of The United Methodist Church, the Institute provides outstanding advanced professional training and enrichment for United Methodist Church Secretaries from across the denomination. A participant who completes the program and meets the requirements set forth by the General Council on Finance and Administration is eligible to apply for certification as a Professional United Methodist Church Secretary. The institute is held at Candler School of Theology, Emory University, Atlanta, GA.
